1. Gormany Business Suites, LLC will secure a  Peddlers Umbrella Permit for retail and craft vendors registered for our events
2. Food vendors must be licensed vendors with the City of New Haven and have appropriate permits. 
3. Vendor registration fees are non-refundable. In special cases, there may be an option to apply the fee to a future event
4. Vendors must check in with the vendor coordinator at the entrance to the event (location to be advised). The vendor check-in will be open at 10:00 a.m. The event site is open to the public at noon. Unloading of vehicles must be completed and cars removed from the event site by 11:30 a.m. failure to clear the event area of all non-authorized cars will result in the forfeiture of your placement, and no refund will be
   permitted.
5. We are asking vendors to donate backpacks and/or school supplies for children in need. Please bring your donations to the registration tent prior to the start of the event.
6. Should the event be canceled or shortened due to inclement weather, hazardous conditions, and other vendor fees will not be returned. More marketing opportunities will be supplied. Vendor registration is non-transferable.
7. Vendors are responsible for bringing their table, chair(s), and tent. Vendors using tents must have weights for their tents.
8. Tents larger than 10x10 must be approved before the festival. Tents 10x10 or smaller are pre-approved
9. Volunteers will be available throughout the event to answer questions or help with emergencies
10. All trash must be removed from the premises. Please place all garbage in the proper receptacles provided. Vendors who do not remove debris will be charged a $30 fee. Invoices will be sent by email and USPS.
11. Gormany Business Suites, LLC will promote the event to potential customers. We encourage participating vendors to join us in promoting the event!
